An alert is a group of notifications that sent to a user. An alert is user specific. A notification is user and channel (push, email, sms, voice, or slack) specific.


  1. Navigate to the incident page the notification was associated with.
  2. In the logs section, click the link of the notification channel. Click Notification Link
  3. You will then be directed the notification page where you can see the details of delivery for the notification. If there are any errors, an Error section will be shown. Notification Page

  2. Click the Alert link. Alert Link
  3. You will then be directed to the alert page where you can see all notifications associated with this alert. Alert Page
