Overview

This article is meant for administrators and billing administrators. It will help guide you in subscribing to a PagerTree plan and/or enabling HIPPA notifications.

Billing

Note: This section requires Billing Administrator permissions.

Add a Credit Card

  1. Navigate to the Settings & Billing page. Click Settings & Billing Navigation
  2. Click the Update Billing button. Click Update Billing Button
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the update billing form, and click the Add Card button. Click Add Card Button
  4. Enter your credit card information including number, expiration date, and CVC code.
  5. Click Add Card. Add Card Details

Change Subscription

Note: If you are switching to a paid plan, make sure you follow the Add a Credit Card section first.
  1. Navigate to the Settings & Billing page. Click Settings & Billing Navigation
  2. Click the Update Billing button. Click Update Billing Button
  3. Click the Choose Plan button below the plan you would like to subscribe to. Click Choose Plan Button

Settings

HIPPA Notifications

Note: This section requires Administrator permissions.

By default, all data in PagerTree is HIPPA compliant. Data is encrypted both in-flight and at rest.

Enabling HIPPA notifications limits the details seen in notifications (push, email, sms, voice & slack), forcing the user to login to the app before they can see the details of an incident. With HIPPA Notifications enabled, a notification will look like:

  2. Click the Edit button. Click Edit Button
  3. Toggle the HIPPA Notifications switch.
  4. Click the Save button. Toggle HIPPA Notifications Setting
