Settings and Billing
This article is meant for administrators and billing administrators. It will help guide you in subscribing to a PagerTree plan.
Billing

Add a Credit Card
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- On the right side, in the billing tab, click the + Credit Card button.
- Enter your credit card information including number, expiration date, and CVC code.
- Click Add Card.
View Invoices and Receipts
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- On the right side, in the billing tab, under the subscription table you will see an Invoices & Receipts section.
Add a Receipt Email Address
By default, all billing administrators will receive receipts. To add additional emails who should receive receipts (ex: accounting@mycompany.com), follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- On the left side, at the very bottom of the key info section, double click the Email Receipt To section.
- Add or Remove emails that should also receive receipts (make sure to press enter after each item). Then click Save.
Change Subscription
Note | If you are switching to a paid plan, make sure you follow the Add a Credit Card section first. |
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- Click the Subscribe button below the plan you would like to subscribe to.
Cancel Subscription
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- Click the Cancel button below your current plan. (If you are on a custom plan, and the cancel button is not available, first subscribe to our free plan then select cancel).
- Provide us some feedback on why PagerTree was not a good fit.
- Click the Yes button.
Delete Account
Note | This will delete your entire account (all users, logs, alerts, ect.). This is irreversable. Make sure you truly want to delete your entire account. |
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- Cancel your subscription
- On the left side, in the key info section next to status, click the Delete Account button.
- If you are really sure you want to delete your entire account, click the Yes button.
Notification Templates
Notification Templates can be customized as part of our Elite pricing plan. To customize notification templates:
- Navigate to the Settings & Billing page.
- Click the Templates tab, in the right hand table.
- Click the ‘—-‘ of the template you would like to edit.
- Paste your own template, or a public URL of the template you would like PagerTree to use.
- Click Save
As a convenience, here are the defaults for the configurable templates:
- alert.voice.message
- alert.sms.message
- alert.email.message
- alert.email.subject
- alert.push.message
- alert.push.subject
