What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club. Need to use another form of payment? Contact our sales team at sales@pagertree.com and we will work out a plan with your company.
How am I charged?
You are charged on a per user per month basis. This includes any user that shows up under your Users page. Any user that is added/removed during the billing cycle will be billed at a pro-rated rate.
Can I change my PagerTree plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from within the PagerTree application on the settings page.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time on from within the PagerTree application on the settings page.
Is there a minimum required number of users?
No, there is not a minimum required number of users. PagerTree provides functionality to any team, large or small.
What countries do you support?
Check out our country support page. If your country not supported, or you would like feature support in your country contact our sales team at support@pagertree.com to make a supported country request.
Can I try PagerTree before I start paying for it?

What happens when my free trial ends?
After your free trial ends, you will need to add payment information if you wish to continue using the premium features of PagerTree. Don’t worry! We will send you a reminder email before your trial expires.
Are SMS & Voice notifications really unlimited?
There is no pre-set limit on SMS & Voice notifications. However, international SMS & Voice notifications can be expensive, especially in some parts of the world. PagerTree reserves the right to charge overage fees for abnormal or unreasonable usage. Please see the notification limits page for full details.
