What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club. Need to use another form of payment? Contact our sales team at sales@pagertree.com and we will work out a plan with your company.

How am I charged?

You are charged on a per user per month basis. This includes any user that shows up under your Users page. Any user that is added/removed during the billing cycle will be billed at a pro-rated rate.

Can I change my PagerTree plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from within the PagerTree application on the settings page.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time on from within the PagerTree application on the settings page.

Is there a minimum required number of users?

With the exception of the Elite plan, there is not a minimum required number of users. PagerTree provides functionality to any team, large or small.
