Read-Only Mode by Defaultโ
The PagerTree MCP server runs in read-only mode by default for safety. In read-only mode, your AI assistant can query and inspect your PagerTree data - alerts, schedules, teams, logs - but cannot make changes.
To enable write operations like acknowledging alerts, creating maintenance windows, or modifying schedules, set PAGERTREE_READ_ONLY=false in your configuration:
